As you are all no doubt aware, the many events that the British Drilling Association (BDA) hosts typically also have a charitable element attached. From the annual dinner dances, to the more recently introduced five-a-side football tournament, each event endeavours to raise money for a particular chosen charity.
Since 1999 the members of the BDA have raised a staggering £93,500 in total, for the many varied charities that the BDA has associated with, highlighting just how generous BDA members are. These charities include:
In between all the seriousness of our day-to-day working it is great to see that we are ever mindful of the charitable aspect of the BDA’s many events and member contributions are valued by the charities we choose.
