New Member Appointed to the BDA Management Committee

With 15 of the possible 16 British Drilling Association (BDA) Management Committee places already filled, the BDA received one nominee for the vacant position, therefore this individual was elected unopposed at the BDA AGM, held 11^th May 2023

The new member of the BDA Management Committee is Lee Allardyce, who was proposed during the nominations window between 22^nd February 2023 – 8^th March 2013. Lee has always been an active member of the BDA and has been involved with the BDA Training & Education Sub-committee for a number of years.

For nominees to be eligible to be proposed to sit on the BDA Management Committee, they must be a registered or sponsored member from a BDA member company, and it is preferable that they have served one year as a co-opted member on a BDA Sub-committee.

The BDA used Civica elections as its impartial third-party service to run the election process.

The BDA would like to welcome Lee to the BDA Management Committee and look forward to his contribution.
