The next British Drilling Association (BDA) webinar is planned for 28^th June 2023, at 1pm, and will discuss: “Addressing the skills shortage – have you considered employing an ex-offender?”.

Being presented via Teams, by Karen Baker and Fadzai Dzimwasha of Bounce Back Foundation, the webinar will look at how the organisation has successfully been delivering construction skills training in London prisons and in the community since 2011, and how your business could work with them to give ex-offenders a second chance, whilst helping you to address the skills shortage.

With the ever-present and growing shortage of skilled people across the entire construction sector impacting already on recruitment and the future delivery of projects, a solution such as ex-offenders holds enormous potential.
