Forkers Scotland Ltd is a multi-disciplinary Ground Engineering Contractor comprehensive range of geotechnical services to public and private sector clients.
We carry out a comprehensive range of ground engineering & geotechnical applications covering; site investigations; rotary drilling and coring; drilling & grouting; mine workings and mineshaft treatment; investigation and infilling of redundant mines from surface and from underground; slope stabilisation; ground anchoring, rock bolting and soil nailing;; mini-piling (rotary bored, drop-hammer, cfa, contiguous and augered); landfill gas venting and leachate wells; deep wells including methane extraction boreholes; ground source heating boreholes; grout cut-off barriers; compaction, consolidation, permeation and other specialist grouting techniques.Our fleet of over 40 geotechnical drilling rigs allows a wide range of drilling services to be offered and many different drilling methods and techniques to be employed including limited access work using mini-rigs.
The company has designed, developed and manufactured many specialist and innovative items of drilling plant and equipment to suit specific contracts or methods, environmental controls and also to maximise the efficiencies that can be achieved with bespoke plant.
