BDA Chair to Present at Coal Authority Workshop in Scotland – 17 October 2023

The BDA is pleased to announce its Chair, Paul McMann, will be presenting at the upcoming “Coal Authority Permitting Customer Engagement Workshop”, on October 17^th at the Edinburgh Training and Conference Venue.

In a collaborative effort the BDA is joining forces with the Coal Authority and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to spearhead a series of workshops spanning Scotland, England, and Wales. These workshops aim to revolutionise the permitting system within areas once dominated by coal mining and pave the way for a safer and more sustainable future.

The goal of the seminar is to foster a more engaged stakeholder community, making it easier to collaborate with the Coal Authority, HSE, and the BDA. Participants will leave with the knowledge and insights to enhance compliance and drive-up standards within sectors utilising the Coal Authority’s permitting system.
