BDA Chair to Speak at GE Smart Geotechnics Conference 2023

British Drilling Association (BDA) is pleased to announce its Chair, Paul McMann, will be presenting at this year’s GE Smart Geotechnics 2023, which is being held 5^th October, at Victoria Park Plaza, London.

Paul’s presentation is titled ‘‘Digital Advancements in Ground Investigation and Drilling’. Specifically, with digitisation developing across all industries; the drilling industry has seen digital advancements in process and operations. Paul will ask how do we ensure that operatives are competent in following change; how do we ensure that we don’t lose quality and become blinded by the amount of data captured; and how the BDA Audit can help support and develop operatives to ensure that quality is maintained.
