BDA Seminar – Solutions for the Future of the Geotechnical Industry – Cardiff Event Announced

The British Drilling Association (BDA), jointly with Cymru ICE Ground Engineering Group (ICE GEG), is pleased to announce that the date has been set for the South Wales running of its current seminar – “Solutions for the Future of the Geotechnical Industry”.

The seminar will be held on Wednesday 17^th July 2019, at the Principality Stadium, Riverside Terrace, (Level 3, West Side), Westgate Street, Cardiff CF10 1NS.

Like the very successful events held in London, Edinburgh and Leeds, the seminar will examine how the geotechnical industry is evolving and the impact new technologies are having on shaping its future as well as on the wider construction sector.

Speakers from Arup; Eijkelkamp/SonicSamp; Epiroc; Atkins; TerraDat; Bentley Software Systems; Keynetix and Cardiff University have already been lined up to discuss topics as diverse as automation, software developments, BS/EC Standards and each’s impact on major projects.

Registration for the event will be 12.30pm, with speakers from 1pm – 5.30pm with a 30-minute coffee & networking break, followed at 5:30 by canapés, drinks & further networking opportunities.

Price per person is £75.00 + VAT for BDA member companies/Cymru ICE GEG members, and £100 + VAT for non-BDA members/non Cymru ICE GEG members.

Up to 30 trade exhibitor spaces are also available, priced at £200.00 + VAT for BDA member companies / Cymru ICE GEG members and £500.00 + VAT for non-BDA Members / no Cymru ICE GEG members.
