March 26, 2025

The British Drilling Association (BDA) is delighted to welcome six new companies to its growing membership. Aureos Infrastructure Services, Borehole Solutions,  Ground Control, Kensa, Skelair and G K Drilling, have recently joined the Association, reinforcing the BDA’s representation across the drilling and wider geotechnical sector.

With the BDA committed to raising standards and promoting best practice within the drilling industry, the inclusion of these new members further strengthens the Association’s collective expertise and commitment to excellence. The BDA requires all members to successfully complete the BDA Audit, a crucial step that ensures adherence to the highest industry standards in health and safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

BDA Chair, Mark Toye, commented on the new additions, stating: “We are thrilled to welcome these organisations to the BDA. Their wealth of industry experience and technical expertise will play a vital role in advancing initiatives that promote safety, sustainability, and professionalism within our sector. The strength of the BDA comes from its members, and we eagerly anticipate their contributions in shaping the industry’s future.”

The BDA continues to grow as the leading voice of the drilling sector, providing members with invaluable networking opportunities, industry insights, and support in navigating regulatory and operational challenges. Through collaboration with suppliers, contractors, and end clients, the Association is dedicated to advancing the drilling industry and promoting innovation.

BDA membership is open to a wide range of businesses, including contractors with NVQ Land Drilling, Level 2 certified operatives, non-contracting suppliers, consultants, and clients.
