CITB Roadshows 2023

In a bid to foster collaboration, address skills challenges, and chart the future direction of the construction industry, the British Drilling Association (BDA) is actively promoting the upcoming Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Roadshows.

The CITB Roadshows are tailored for CITB registered employers, aiming to shed light on the array of support services provided by the CITB. This includes first-hand accounts from construction companies that have successfully navigated skills challenges with CITB’s assistance.

The roadshows will offer insights from construction companies, allowing you to learn from direct experiences as they share their success stories in overcoming skills challenges. You can also discover local initiatives and services offered by CITB, showcasing the organisation’s commitment to addressing regional needs, and about its future direction.

Particular focus will be on “Levy Order Arrangements”, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of Levy Order Arrangements, including plans for a one-year Levy Order. The CITB will also explain the implications for attendees and seek their views on key ideas for the subsequent three-year Order.

• Timeline Shortening: Delve into talks about shortening the timeline between a payment base year, assessment, and payment, streamlining processes for greater efficiency.
